TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules behind every BUILD.

These terms apply when you use buildgarage.store, create an account, submit vehicle content, place an order, or use a BUILD/GARAGE digital garage.

Operator and acceptance

The BUILD/GARAGE website is operated by Ostap Kulyk, Ukraine. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products and personalization

BUILD/GARAGE sells personalized physical automotive posters and related digital features. Product images and mockups demonstrate the intended style, but a custom design will vary according to the customer’s vehicle, source photos, selected options and approved artwork.

Customer submissions

You confirm that you have the right to submit the photographs, vehicle information, text and other material you provide. You grant BUILD/GARAGE a limited permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to create, revise, produce, fulfill, support and display your requested build according to your selected privacy/public settings.

Design approval

Personalized orders may require customer approval before printing. You are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully, including vehicle details, spelling, selected specifications and visible design elements. Approval authorizes us to proceed to production.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site, typically USD for our primary market. Taxes, shipping charges or payment-provider fees may be added where applicable and will be disclosed before or during checkout when required. Payment may be processed by third-party payment partners.

Order acceptance

Submitting payment does not require us to accept an order that is fraudulent, technically impossible to fulfill, unlawful, abusive, or based on content we cannot reasonably use. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will arrange an appropriate cancellation/refund through the applicable payment channel.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Because products are personalized, cancellation and return rights are limited as explained in our Refund Policy.

BUILD ID and digital garage

A BUILD ID and digital garage are supplementary digital features associated with eligible orders. We may improve, update, moderate or discontinue individual digital features as the platform evolves. A BUILD ID does not represent government registration, title, vehicle history certification, valuation or proof of ownership.

Acceptable use

Do not use BUILD/GARAGE to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or abusive content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or use another person’s images or data without permission.

Intellectual property

The BUILD/GARAGE brand, website interface, original templates, software and original design elements remain the property of their respective owners. Buying a physical poster does not transfer ownership of BUILD/GARAGE trademarks, platform software or reusable template systems.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the website and digital garage available, but online services can experience maintenance, third-party outages and technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BUILD/GARAGE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version is posted here. Questions can be sent to support@buildgarage.store.

CUSTOMER CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Photos, materials and third-party rights.

YOUR UPLOADS

By uploading photographs, images, text or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have all rights, permissions and consents necessary to provide them to BUILD/GARAGE and to have us use them for your custom order.

LIMITED ORDER LICENSE

You grant BUILD/GARAGE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to receive, store, crop, edit and otherwise process the materials only as reasonably necessary to create previews and artwork, produce and fulfill your order, provide order support, and maintain records related to that order.

MARKETING REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMISSION

The order license above does not by itself authorize BUILD/GARAGE to use your uploaded photographs in advertising, public galleries, social media or other marketing. Separate permission is required for that use.

THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. BUILD/GARAGE is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official partner of any vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated. Brand and model names may be used descriptively to identify a customer's vehicle.

Do not upload material you are not authorized to use. BUILD/GARAGE may refuse, remove or request replacement of material where rights, authenticity or permitted use cannot reasonably be confirmed.
