REFUND POLICY
Because BUILD/GARAGE posters are personalized for one customer and one vehicle, our cancellation and return rules differ from mass-produced goods.
Last updated · September 2, 2026
BUILD/GARAGE posters are made from customer-submitted vehicle photos and are produced specifically for that customer. For this reason, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after the final design has been approved and production has begun.
If you ask to cancel before custom design work has started, we will normally cancel the order and refund the amount paid, subject to any non-refundable payment-processing costs imposed by the payment provider.
If custom design work has already started but the final design has not yet been approved for print, contact us immediately. We will review the stage of work completed and tell you what refund, if any, is available before closing the order.
Once you approve the final artwork and the order enters print production, the personalized item cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for preference-based reasons.
If the physical product arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or does not match the approved order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. After review, we may provide a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information, low-quality source files, or details that the customer approved in the final design. We will, however, work with you during the design approval stage to catch obvious problems before printing.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or the payment provider used for the order where technically possible. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
Email support@buildgarage.store or use our contact form. Include your order number, the email used for the order, and a short description of the issue.
