• Vehicle information, photos, VIN or specifications that you choose to submit for a custom poster or digital garage

• Reviews or images you voluntarily submit for publication

Website and analytics information

When you use the site, we may collect technical and usage information needed for security, analytics and service improvement. This can include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate country/region/city derived from network data, referral source, pages viewed, session duration and interaction events.

Payments

Payment card or wallet details are handled by authorized third-party payment providers. BUILD/GARAGE does not need to store full payment-card numbers on its own servers. The payment provider may process identity, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Production and service providers

We may share only the information reasonably required with providers that help us operate the service, including print/fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, hosting providers, email-delivery providers, analytics infrastructure, fraud-prevention services and payment processors.

Vehicle photos and custom content

Photos and vehicle details submitted for an order are used to create the requested design, administer the related digital garage and provide support. We do not claim ownership of the customer’s original vehicle photos. Public display of customer content is controlled separately where the site offers a public-garage or review feature.

Cookies and sessions

The site may use cookies or similar browser storage for account sessions, security, preferences and analytics. Blocking essential session storage can prevent login, checkout or other account features from working correctly.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain order/account records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect against fraud. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or transaction purposes. You can also request that optional public content be removed from BUILD/GARAGE where applicable.

BUILD/GARAGE serves customers internationally and may use providers in different countries, including the United States and Europe. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
