Is the poster made from my actual car?

Yes. The core BUILD/GARAGE product is created from the vehicle photos and details you submit. We do not intentionally replace your car with a generic stock image of the same model.

What photos should I send?

Use clear, high-resolution photos where the car is sharp and unobstructed. Good lighting and multiple angles help us identify the correct body details, wheels, trim and modifications.

Do I approve the design before printing?

Yes. For personalized poster orders, the intended workflow includes a finished design preview before print production. Review it carefully and tell us about required corrections before approval.

Can I request changes?

Reasonable corrections and customization requests can be discussed during the design stage. Major direction changes outside the purchased product configuration may require additional work or may not be possible.

Where is the poster printed?

Physical production and fulfillment may be handled by professional third-party print partners, including partners located in the United States. BUILD/GARAGE manages the custom design and remains your support contact.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on design approval, production time, destination and carrier performance. Any timeframe we provide is an estimate. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Eligible cases can be reprinted, replaced or otherwise resolved under our Refund Policy.

What is a BUILD ID?

A BUILD ID is a unique BUILD/GARAGE identifier assigned to an eligible completed build. It connects the physical poster concept with the customer’s digital garage. It is not an official VIN record or government vehicle identifier.

What is My Garage?

My Garage is the customer area where an eligible build can store vehicle details, real photos, interactive hotspots and support messages connected to the BUILD/GARAGE experience.
